Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy Restrictions: Due to the nature of digital content, returns on ebooks will only be allowed in the event you have not yet downloaded the item from Bookfunnel. Signed paperbacks can be returned as long as they aren't customized. If you have downloaded the ebook, your return will be the cost of the paperback, less the cost of the ebook. 

Custom hardcovers can only be returned if they are not customized with a name/saying. A restocking fee of 20% applies. 

Customer must ship all products back (if applicable) to receive a refund.
